South Charlotte 1950's Kitchen Contemporary Renovation

posted on

One of the best places to see a return on investment for a home improvement project is the kitchen! This 1950's kitchen looked brand new when we finished! The client wanted to go from an outdated look to a newer, more contemporary space.

We began by upgrading to all new custom cabinetry with soft close hinges & built in wine rack. We impoved lighting by having our electrician install under cabinet, recessed kitchen counter lighting. Using a neutral, light-gray granite and new prcelain tile flooring gave the kitchen an updated, clean & light look.

The installation of the new granite countertops with undermount sink and subway tile backsplash along with the new stainless steel refrigerator, dish washer, gas range, and full hood vent made a beautiful home improvement project. Pendant lighting over the new granite, kitchen island creates a well lit useful space for food preparation & enjoying a quick snack.

What would you improve about your kitchen? Do you want to install granite countertops? New cabinets? Refinish, restain or revitalize old cabinets? Are you looking to do a historic renovation or preservation project? Do you want to update and modernize your kitchen?

That's what we do! We make your space more livable. Give us a call!
